From Pastor Bill

Forty-five years ago, on January 22, 1973, in a very close 5-4 vote, the Justices of our Supreme Court, legalized abortion on demand in our country in the infamous Roe vs Wade ruling.  Since then, well over 55 million unborn babies have been murdered in this country alone.

With this in mind, have you ever asked yourself this question, “Why should I choose life?”  Well, on this coming Lord’s Day, I will be preaching on this topic: “What is the Rationale for the Pro-Life Position?”  It will be an important message, and I think you will see and learn truths that you have never known before, so please be certain to be in attendance.

Many wonderful Christian women today have experienced an abortion in their past, mostly when they were young, not fully informed, and not operating within a biblical worldview.  And over the years as a pastor I have discovered that they make the best Christian counselors in helping others at this point.

By the way, as we prepare to emphasize the Sanctity of Human Life Sunday, please don’t forget to pray for “Options Now,” a wonderful Christian crisis pregnancy center located on Park Avenue right here in our city.
